At Devoko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your living space is exactly as you envisioned it with a hassle-free exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
